		<description>For me, sometimes the difficult thing to remember is to endure not only aural silence but visual silence. That is, not to consider working quietly at a computer or reading a book to be experiencing silence -- the information I receive visually is a kind of noise. To truly experience silence I need to step away from the distractions and information sources, to sit and be still in all ways.
